What does a 2020 FYC campaign look like with two separate core phases, spanning April to August, plus this year’s adjusted Emmy voting window? A mere seven weeks of core production time, split between two phases - four and three weeks, respectively - where Think Jam unflappably worked with maximum efficiency, maintaining HBO’s brand excellence and creative innovation. 

Think Jam harnessed the power of designers, media developers, video editors and producers across their London and LA offices, seamlessly passing work halfway around the world, collaborating across an 18-hour workday.

Size Matters…

Across the two phases, HBO allocated 52 shows to hundreds of media plan bookings from Hearts & Science. 

In turn, Think Jam took gigabytes of art and video assets, rolled up their sleeves and assigned 900 design, media and social briefs to their global team. By the campaign’s end, a whopping 25,640 creative files were uploaded; 264 rich media ads were built; and 860 deliveries were prepped and delivered for distribution to 36 publishers.

The true fundamentals of a successful campaign are communication and transparency across the board. Think Jam establishes these guardrails at the starting gate to ensure streamlined review processes, easily-facilitated approvals, and expedited delivery of hundreds of digital ads. 

Netflix FYC 2020

Think Jam also tackled and delivered a wide variety of design assets across 24 shows, working in collaboration with multiple agencies, as part of this year’s Emmy FYC Phase 1 campaign for Netflix. The work included eight homepage takeovers, 60+ static assets, and 30+ industry-focused eBlasts.
